TITAN
This pod based cardio blast session will definitely have you sweating! With an AMRAP/EMOM hybrid program - you will test your limits inthis 45 mins fat blaster! Using revolving programs, this cardio class moves aroun the gym floor chaging timing, calories and patternes each week. Great for burning high volumes of fat!🦸🏻♂️

Beyonce... Is that you? This Abs, Butt & Thighs class is designed to build the booty, tone the legs and strengthen the core. Structured sets mean a better workout! Peaches start here🍑
IRIDIUM
This pod based weights circuit is all about volume! How many rounds can you get in before the bell? Using key compound movements, the Coach will help you reach new heights.
Carbon
The best of both! A HIIT program that combines an even split of both resistance and cardio exercises in the one class. This hour long weekend session is an absolute blast. Carbon will get your heart racing and muscles pumping!
MERCURY
Can you feel the heat rising? This class raises the temperature with a split combo of weights & cardio. First half is weights to use your carbs cells and then a cardio finish to blast the fat cells. Fun, quick & effective. A perfect way to finish the week!
STEEL
Want to be as strong as STEEL? This class will get you there! Using explosive movements & old fashioned grit, it will get your muscles burning & toned quicker than ever! The slow set session is a favourite.
AB SHREDDER
This split set session combined Abs, Weights and Cardio and is a total game changer! Super popular, this class helps break down stubborn belly fat and uses fun, whole body exercises to targt and tone.
