  • This is the most personalised Challenge in Sydney. We do not use a cookie cutter “one size fits all” approach. The honest truth is - we give controversial but realistic advice. We are extremely pragmatic and under no circumstances are going to tell you to only eat boiled chicken breast and broccoli for 8 weeks.

    We’ve managed to condense complicated scientific nutritional, physiological and psychological principals into easy to understand, bite size pieces of advice. We’re not trying to reinvent the wheel.

  • From day 1, we understand that we have to work around YOU - not the other way around.
    You get full access to the entire training schedule and can pick and choose the days and times you’d like to attend that work around your busy life.

    We use your initial Goal Setting session as an opportunity to manage each other's expectations on session frequency. Rest assured - we do not expect you to be coming 7 times a week! We base our “exercise prescription” for you off your goal and we will advise you on the perfect amount. Experience has taught us that choosing ANY of our sessions, between 2-4 times a week is sufficient.

  • Simple. We do not use the hope & pray method.
    All of our practices are based on science and off your individual numbers.
    There’s no guesswork.
    Our bodies are designed to work in a specific way.
    Following tried and tested training techniques, nutrition planning, a tailored personlised approach and if you simply hold up your end of the bargain and follow our plan and the advice given to you from our experts - you will get a result.

  • Let us be blunt - talking about carbs, fats, proteins, amino acids, kilojoules, calories and all the other nutrition related stuff….isn’t very sexy. In fact, it’s boring.


    In our mind, the nutrition element needs to be:
    - Easy to understand
    - Easy to follow
    - Simple and fit into your current life We just want to get things down to 1 number.

    We can’t give away all our secrets just yet but rest assured, we’re not here to take away the things that you love.

  • We hear this all the time and want to provide you peace of mind from the start.
    All of our sessions are based on time - not reps. This means every single person works to their own limit - not the groups.

    We are NOT a commando, bootcamp - screaming until you puke - type facility. We couldn’t think of anything worse. You will never be singled out, never be made to feel uncomfortable and will never be embarrassed or judged. We all have to start somewhere and there is a reason our members affectionately call us the “gym for non-gym people”.

  • One of the things we are proudest of is our ability to ensure our Challenge participants not only get a great result - but more importantly - manage to keep it.

    We don’t do yo-yo’s.

    Our follow up plan, program and structure are all included and we wrap up the Challenge with a “What Next?” seminar designed to highlight how to enter the maintenance phase of your progress.

    Regarding continuing your training, if we’ve done our job right - you’ll love us and will want to stay on. Most people do. You can simply continue on a month by month basis after the Challenge concludes where we continue to oversee your progress.
