  • Named after the only element that can destroy Superman, this hard-core HIIT class is a FAT killer. If you’re looking to become super-human fit, lose weight & increase endurace - this class is for you!

  • Want your muscles as hard as iron? This class will get you there. Using explosive movements & old fashioned grit, it will get your muscles burning & bigger than ever!

  • This 80/20 weights/cardio split is a crowd favourite and our ORIGINAL class! Still a winner, you're guaranteed to leave sweaty & smiling! The perfect session for a Friday!
